This may or may not be the first time you have hear about this, but it is such a dynamic tool when you use it.
How many times during the day do you find you are pulled in and feeling squashed in your body?
Take a deep breath and allow your energy to expand out beyond what you have ever expanded to before.
Allow your energy field, aura, life force or any other name you may be comfortable with, to move out, fill the room and then keep going as far out as you will allow it at this point.
It takes not effort, simply allow it to happen and enjoy having more space.
